A trio of White VVS-G Diamonds crown two 3ct Cabochon Cut Topaz Stones set in 18k Yellow Gold. The Topaz stones have been hand cut in our 150 year old Italian workshop by our fifth generation goldsmith. We are also able to offer these stud earrings in Black Agate, Amethyst, Chrysoprase and Rose Quartz as well as in Yellow Gold, Rose Gold and White Gold.
